Recommended / Useful LinksChemistry Websites http://www.webelements.com - online periodic table that has detailed information about each and every element. SDBS - One of my all time favorite sites. It contains a huge database of NMR, IR and GCMS spectra for almost every compound imaginable. You can also search by a huge number of criteria. Extremely Useful. ACD - ChemSketch - Free chemistry drawing program. It's got a bit of a learning curve, but all chemistry drawing programs do. I use it all the time - you really can't beat free! Wikipedia - Ok, I'm sure everybody already knows about good 'ol wiki - but it is still one of my favorite resources. There is a surprising amount of good information on chemistry there, though it does read a bit like a textbook. |
